Education, Skill & Experience
8 to 10 years’ of experience in sales and marketing division with 5 star hotels. Exposure to similar role will be preferred.

Key Tasks Kitchen Planning And Prime Functions

  • Take charge of maximizing sales of the company in terms of banquet.
  • Prepare contract as per company policies and getting it duly signed as required by the clients prior to all the events.
  • Tie-ups for Outdoor catering.
  • Taking care of overall Outdoor Catering management in sync with other departments.
  • Analyze the gaps & coming up with solution to increase business prospect.
  • Setting realistic expectations and push through on these expectations with determination and drive to make company revenues grow as much as possible.
  • Responsible for the operations of a company’s sales force.
  • Development and implementation of annual sales.
  • Meeting with other company managers to ensure that business objectives are executed properly and right on schedule.

Management Functions

  • Party/Outdoor catering management in coordination with the respective departments.
  • Creation of functional prospectus and Lining with other departments before and during the event.
  • Taking responsibility for the operations of a company’s sales force.
  • Development and implementation of annual sales.
  • Monitoring performance of teams and sales goals.
